The Adjustable Quad Cane for Elderly is a four-legged walking cane for the elderly and for people who need extra balance and confidence when walking. The frame is made of lightweight aluminum alloy and weighs about 0.27 kg, so it is easy to lift from the floor and carry from room to room, yet it supports a load of up to about 110 kg. The four-leg base measures 19.5 × 15.5 cm and stands on its own, which keeps the cane upright when the user lets go of the handle to open a door, answer the phone or pick something up, so there is no need to bend down for the cane again. The height is set by a twist knob on the shaft and needs no tools, and the adjustment range covers users from 140 cm to 190 cm tall. The product comes in two versions that differ only in handle shape: a straight handle 12.5 cm wide that fits the closed palm, and an offset curved handle 15 cm long that follows the natural line of the wrist. All four legs are fitted with TPR anti-slip ferrules that grip on tiles, wood floors and pavement.
